If an amount is debited from your bank account despite a failed payment transaction, the responsibility to reverse the amount lies with your bank.
In case you attempt an online payment more than once and Bhanave Technology receives the amount multiple times, Bhanave Technology reserves the right to adjust the excess amount against additional EMI towards your account. If a refund is initiated, it will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of claim.
Bhanave Technology cannot accept liability for payments not reaching the correct account due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for payments that are refused or declined for any reason.
Customers must submit a formal refund application along with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if generated) at the time of payment.
Refund applications are processed manually. After verification, if the claim is found valid, the excess amount will be refunded electronically to the applicant’s bank account. Confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. The refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the claim, and it may take 3–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
